Based in East Texas, the Grün Ranch is a breeder of registered Texas Longhorn Cattle. We are a farm to table operation and deliver limited supplies of ground lean beef to North Dallas including Plano and Frisco.
Our limited quantities of lean grass fed ground beef is processed and packaged by Rail 19 of East Texas. All beef is packaged and frozen in 1 or 2 pound cryo-sealed bags labeled and bearing a Texas inspection seal. These frozen packages are good for 5 years of storage. The Grün Ranch is a proud member of the Texas Longhorn Breeder’s Association of America beef producer program.
How does lean beef taste? Its ground beef and the feedback we’ve received is that lean beef tastes great. What we enjoy is that when lean beef is used in recipes such as tacos and lasagna, you can skip the step labeled “drain the grease” as it just isn’t there!
